This month, the Gospel readings focus our attention on the Kingdom of Heaven.
Jesus gives us at least three parables to explain the Kingdom of Heaven.
He talks about a sower who went out to sow.
He talks about good seed planted and weeds sprouting among the seeds.
And He talks about treasure hidden in a field.
Christ’s emphasis and repeated conversations on this topic, show that it is very important to Him that we understand His Kingdom and how we are supposed to actively participate in being part of His Kingdom.
We also share a centre piece with blessed promises from Christ that show us how much He loves us as a friend.
