Happy New Year!
At the start of the year, we celebrate the Epiphany of our LORD Jesus; we follow the wise men who saw Christ’s star rising from the East and sought the newborn King.
Epiphany reminds us that Jesus is the Light of the Nations and King of all people.
The Baptism of our LORD, which we celebrate on the second Sunday in January, is also a remarkable event, where Jesus was publicly declared as the Beloved Son of God and shown to be the Second Person of the Most Holy Trinity.
And for all of this year, we would be learning about the Apostles’ Creed, starting with the first article in January.
